Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap for light stains. Avoid heavy soaking of the seat cushion.
It ensures that the backrest and seat recline at a synchronized, ergonomic angle to keep your feet planted while leaning back.
The nylon base is designed for standard office use. Using a floor mat is recommended for hard floors to prevent scratching and ensure smooth rolling.

Ensure all base bolts are tightened and the caster wheels are firmly clicked into the nylon base.
Adjust the tension control knob usually located under the seat to find your preferred resistance level.
To assemble the chair, ensure all bolts are tightened securely during the initial setup of the 5-star base and gas lift. For compatibility, the adjustable height settings make this chair suitable for standard desk heights between 28 and 30 inches. To care for your white Flex chair, perform a light dusting weekly. If spills occur on the upholstery, address them immediately with a mild upholstery cleaner and a clean white cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical solvents, as these may damage the white finish or the integrity of the gel padding.
