Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Preparation: Ensure the wood surface is clean, dry, and free from loose debris before applying the filler.
- Application: Apply the filler directly into the hole or crack using a filling knife or similar tool. Overfill slightly to allow for sanding.
- Drying: Allow the filler to dry completely. Drying times may vary depending on the depth of the fill and environmental conditions (typically a few hours).
- Sanding: Once dry, sand the filled area smooth with fine-grit sandpaper.
- Finishing: Paint, stain, or varnish the filled area to match the surrounding wood.
Compatibility: Ronseal Multipurpose Wood Filler is compatible with most wood types and can be used with a variety of paints, stains, and varnishes.
Care: Store the product in a cool, dry place. Ensure the tube is tightly sealed after use to prevent drying out. Clean tools with water immediately after use.
