FAQs

What are the exact dimensions of the vase?

The vase stands 50cm tall. It measures 16cm x 16cm at its widest points, with a top rim diameter of 9.5cm.

Is the vase suitable for outdoor use?

This vase is designed for indoor decorative use. Exposure to harsh weather conditions is not recommended.

Does the vase come with flowers?

No, the vase is sold separately. Photos may include artificial flowers for size and usage indication, but these are not included.

How should I clean the embossed pattern?

Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive materials to prevent scratching the glass and damaging the embossed design.

Can I use this vase with essential oils or potpourri?

While the vase is primarily for flowers, it can be used for potpourri. We do not recommend using essential oils directly in the vase as they may affect the glass finish over time.

Are there other colors or sizes available in this design?

This specific diamond embossed design is available in smoke grey. Other Leaf vase models are available in different colors and sizes, such as clear, green, and white, with various patterns.

Troubleshooting

Vase appears uneven or slightly different from the product image.

This is a characteristic of the hand-finished process. Minor variations are expected and contribute to the unique charm of each vase. If the variation is significant, please contact customer support.

Difficulty fitting larger flower stems into the top rim.

The vase has a narrower top rim of 9.5cm diameter. For larger stems, consider trimming them to size or arranging a mix of stem thicknesses.

Water residue or spots after cleaning.

Ensure the vase is thoroughly dried with a soft cloth after washing. Using distilled water can help minimize mineral deposits if you are in a hard water area.
