Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best fit, test these shoes with the specific socks you intend to use for hiking, as thicker wool socks may require slightly more room than standard athletic socks. The lace closure should be adjusted to secure the midfoot while allowing natural toe splay. For care, remove excess mud or dirt after each outing with a soft-bristled brush. If the shoes become heavily soiled, use mild soap and cool water to spot-clean the textile upper; avoid soaking them completely. Always air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area, keeping them away from direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, which can degrade the adhesive and EVA midsole material.
