They are available in a range of sizes from 19mm to 75mm, covering various bra band widths.
The Hemline Bra Backs & Extenders are available in White, Black, and Nude.
Yes, they come in a range of row and hook variations. You should select the one that matches your bra's original configuration for the best fit.
For most extenders, no sewing is required; they simply hook onto your existing bra. Replacement backs also typically hook on.
Measure the width of your bra's current back band from the center of the hook to the center of the eye. This measurement will help you choose the correct width (e.g., 19mm, 28mm, 38mm, 50mm, 75mm).
While they can extend the life of some bras, they are generally designed for traditional bra closures and may not be suitable for seamless or sports bra designs without traditional hooks.
A bra back is a direct replacement for the entire back closure piece of a bra, often including the hooks and eyes. An extender adds extra length to the existing band and hooks.
Ensure you have selected the correct width and hook count that matches your bra's original back. Check for any debris on the hooks or eyes.
Align the hooks and eyes carefully. If the new back feels stiff, it may need gentle flexing. Ensure you are not trying to fit it onto a non-standard bra closure.
Wash the extender/back piece according to care instructions. Sometimes, new fabric can soften after a gentle wash. Ensure the color chosen complements your skin tone if visibility is a concern.
Setup: To attach an extender, simply hook the extender's loops onto the bra's existing hooks. For a replacement back, unhook the old back piece and hook the new one into place. Ensure the hook-and-eye configuration matches.
Compatibility: These extenders and backs are designed to fit most standard bras. Check the width of your bra's existing back band (usually between 19mm and 75mm) and the number of hook rows to ensure a proper match. This product is available in White, Black, and Nude.
Care: Hand wash with mild soap and cool water. Avoid harsh detergents or machine washing, which can damage the material and clasps. Lay flat to air dry. Do not bleach or iron.
