Compatibility

Care & Maintenance
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the AirPods Pro and the charging case with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Do not submerge them in water or use harsh chemicals. Ensure they are completely dry before placing them back in the charging case or charging.
- Ear Tips: Regularly remove the silicone ear tips and clean them with water. Allow them to dry completely before reattaching. Periodically check for and remove any earwax or debris from the speaker grilles.
- Water Resistance: The AirPods Pro are IPX4 water and sweat resistant, meaning they are protected from splashing water, not immersion. They are not waterproof. Avoid exposure to soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, perfumes, highly acidic foods, and strong solvents, as these can damage seals and acoustic membranes.
- Safety: Keep the AirPods Pro and their small parts away from children under 3 years old to prevent potential choking hazards.
- Hearing Protection: To prevent possible hearing damage, avoid listening at high volumes for prolonged periods. Always use a comfortable listening level.
