They are designed primarily for daily wear and general fitness rather than long-distance endurance running.
This model is sized to UK standards. We recommend ensuring there is a thumb-width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe.
The insoles are generally removable, allowing you to insert custom orthotics if necessary.
Yes, the upper construction is designed to facilitate airflow for standard daily activities.
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the color and material flexibility.
No, these trainers are not waterproof. Avoid wearing them in heavy rain or deep puddles to maintain the integrity of the materials.
Use a double-knot or ensure the laces are properly tightened and centered before beginning activity.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove dry dirt before wiping with a damp cloth.
Ensure the outsole is free of small debris or pebbles caught in the tread pattern.
To get the most out of your Assert 11 Trainers, ensure you lace them correctly to match your foot's arch profile, taking care not to overtighten the laces, which can restrict circulation. For maintenance, it is recommended to keep the shoes dry and away from direct heat sources to prevent material degradation. If the trainers become soiled, gently clean the outer surfaces using a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Avoid machine washing or drying, as this can compromise the cushioning integrity and bonding of the materials.
