The shorts are made from a blend of 88% Polyester and 12% Elastane.

They are suitable for light to moderate running due to their lightweight nature and freedom of movement. For very intense or long-distance running, consider specialized running shorts.

The material offers some basic water resistance, but they are not designed as rain gear. They are best suited for dry or mildly damp conditions.

Avoid direct high heat on the reflective logo, especially during ironing. Washing at low temperatures and air drying is recommended.

The shorts have a regular fit with an elastic waistband and drawcord for adjustability.

Adjust the drawcord on the elastic waistband for a more secure or relaxed fit.

Ensure washing is done at a low temperature and on a gentle cycle. Avoid harsh detergents and high heat for drying.

Inspect seams for damage. If minor, a simple repair may suffice. For significant damage, contact customer support if within the warranty period.
