No, because every bed is crafted to order, returns are not accepted unless the product is found to be faulty at the point of delivery.
No, the bed is not flat-packed; it is delivered as a custom-made unit.
The platform base is compatible with most standard mattress types, including pocket sprung, memory foam, and hybrid mattresses.
The bed features an integrated ottoman mechanism that allows you to lift the mattress platform easily to access the interior storage space.
The bed is upholstered in a premium soft-touch fabric designed for durability and a luxurious, plush feel.
Ensure the mattress is positioned correctly on the frame, as extra weight or improper distribution can hinder the gas-lift mechanism.
Use a soft-bristled brush or a vacuum cleaner with a low-suction setting to gently remove surface particles.
Check that all internal fasteners are tightened and that the bed is positioned on a perfectly level surface.
Because the DS Living Opulence Ottoman Bed is crafted to order rather than flat-packed, it is delivered as a pre-assembled unit. Ensure your hallways and bedroom access points are measured accurately to accommodate the dimensions of the bed sections before delivery. Compatibility-wise, the platform base is designed to support a wide range of standard mattress types. For care, regularly vacuum the upholstery with an appropriate fabric attachment to remove dust. If a spill occurs, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth; avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that may damage the soft-touch finish.
