Troubleshooting
Game will not launch after insertion.
Ensure the cartridge is fully inserted into the Switch slot. Try restarting your Nintendo Switch console and re-inserting the cartridge. If the issue persists, check for system updates for your console.
Graphical glitches or performance drops.
Ensure the game is updated to the latest version via an internet connection. Close other running applications on the Switch and restart the game. If problems continue, try deleting the game data (not the save file) and redownloading/reinstalling from the cartridge.
Save data is not loading.
Verify that you are logged into the correct Nintendo Account associated with the save file. Ensure your console's system software is up to date. If the game was recently deleted and reinstalled, check if cloud save data is available via Nintendo Switch Online.
