Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: These are optical frames and require prescription lenses to be fitted by an optician. The process involves the optician taking precise measurements of your pupillary distance and lens positioning to ensure the frames are correctly adapted to your vision needs.
Compatibility: These frames are designed for prescription lenses. The acetate material is generally compatible with most standard lens types, including single vision, bifocals, and progressives. Always consult with your optician regarding specific lens compatibility and recommendations.
Care: To maintain the clarity and condition of your Swarovski SK2017 frames:
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the lenses and frame with a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth. For stubborn smudges, use a lens cleaning solution specifically designed for eyewear. Avoid using household cleaners, soaps, or abrasive materials, as they can damage the lens coatings or frame material.
- Storage: When not in use, store the frames in a protective case to prevent scratches and damage. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight for extended periods, as heat can potentially warp the acetate.
- Handling: Always handle the frames by the temples (arms) and avoid placing them upside down on their lenses.
