Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Unpack Carefully: Remove all packaging, ensuring the mirror is handled by at least two people due to its size and weight.
- Choose Location: Select a flat, stable wall in your desired room (bedroom, hallway, living room).
- Position Securely: Gently lean the mirror against the wall, ensuring the base is flush with the floor and the top rests firmly against the wall. Avoid placing it in high-traffic areas where it might be easily bumped.
- Safety Check: For added stability, consider using anti-tip hardware (sold separately) to secure the mirror to the wall, especially in homes with children or pets.
Compatibility
This mirror is compatible with various interior styles, from rustic to contemporary. Its lean-to design means it can be placed in virtually any room with a clear wall space, enhancing natural light and visual depth.
Care
- Cleaning the Mirror: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a streak-free glass cleaner. Spray the cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the mirror, to prevent liquid from seeping into the frame.
- Cleaning the Frame: Wipe the dark brown ridged frame gently with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth to remove dust. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the finish.
- General Maintenance: Regularly check the mirror's stability and ensure it remains securely leaned against the wall. Avoid sudden impacts or moving it frequently.
