ASICS Gel-Cumulus 16 Trainers - Grey - Blue - Size 7.5

The standard fit is designed for average width feet. While the mesh upper offers some flexibility, individuals with significantly wide feet might find a narrower fit. It's recommended to try them on if possible.

Ensure there is about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. The heel should feel secure without slipping, and the midfoot should feel snug but not constricting.

The open-hole mesh upper is breathable but not waterproof. They are suitable for dry or mildly damp conditions. For heavy rain, water-resistant footwear is recommended.

The GEL™ cushioning is designed for durability, but its effectiveness can decrease over time and with heavy use. Typically, running shoes are recommended for replacement after 300-500 miles or when visible signs of wear and reduced cushioning are noticed.

The Gel-Cumulus 16 series was released in various colorways. This specific guide focuses on the Grey/Blue variant for women, size UK 7.5. Other color and size combinations may be available from different retailers.

It is not recommended to machine wash ASICS trainers, as the washing process can damage the cushioning, adhesives, and materials. Hand cleaning as outlined in the care instructions is the preferred method.

Adjust the lacing system. For a tighter fit, ensure laces are pulled evenly and tied securely. For a looser fit, adjust the lacing pattern or do not tie them as tightly. Consider the thickness of socks worn.

New shoes often require a break-in period. Wear them for short periods initially and gradually increase duration. Ensure you are wearing appropriate socks.

Check the rubber sole for excessive wear or debris. Clean the sole with water and a brush. If the sole is significantly worn down, consider replacing the shoes.

Gently clean the mesh with a soft brush and a mild soap and water solution. Blot with a clean, damp cloth and allow to air dry.
