This trim is rigid and designed for linear applications; it is not intended for bending around tight radii.
While it is highly UV stable, all composite materials experience minor weathering; however, it retains its color far better than natural wood.
A standard miter saw or fine-toothed hand saw, a power drill for pre-drilling holes, and appropriate stainless steel screws.
It is not recommended, as the composite surface is designed to be maintenance-free and may not accept paint adhesion.
The composite is water-resistant, making it ideal for exterior cladding, though it should be installed to allow for natural drainage.
Check the underlying batten structure for unevenness and shim the battens until they are perfectly plumb.
Ensure that the cladding boards were cut accurately; if gaps persist, apply a small bead of matching color-coded exterior sealant.
