Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
These trainers require no setup beyond lacing them up. Ensure the laces are adjusted for a secure yet comfortable fit. The fit should be snug in the heel and midfoot, with enough room in the toe box to prevent discomfort during activity.
Compatibility:
Primarily designed for running on roads, tracks, and treadmills. They are also suitable for gym-based training and cross-training activities that benefit from responsive cushioning and support.
Care:
- Cleaning: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or submerging in water.
- Drying: Air dry naturally away from direct heat sources. Do not use a dryer.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep them unlaced to maintain their shape.
- Maintenance: Regularly check the sole for wear and tear. Rotate with other footwear if possible to extend their lifespan.
