Troubleshooting

Chair wobbles or feels unstable

Ensure all screws and bolts are securely tightened. Check that the casters are fully inserted into the base.

Height adjustment lever not working

Verify that the gas lift mechanism is properly seated. Ensure no obstructions are preventing the lever from engaging the mechanism.

Mesh fabric is sagging or torn

This may indicate excessive wear or damage. Contact customer support for potential repair or replacement options.

Lumbar support feels insufficient

Adjust the seat height and recline (if applicable) to find the optimal position for your lower back. The integrated support is designed for general use; individual needs may vary.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Assembly is typically straightforward, often requiring basic tools included or commonly found. Follow the included instruction manual for specific steps to attach the base, wheels, seat, backrest, and armrests.

Compatibility: This chair is designed to be compatible with most standard office desks. Ensure your desk height allows for comfortable use with the adjustable seat height range (43-51cm). The flip-up armrests are intended to fit under desks, but clearance may vary.

Care: To maintain the chair, regularly dust surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. For the mesh fabric, use a slightly damp cloth to wipe away dirt or spills, and allow it to air dry completely. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the material and finish.
