Wear them for short periods initially, especially during lighter training days. Gradually increase the duration and intensity of your workouts as your feet adjust to the zero-drop platform.

Zero-drop means there is no difference in height between the heel and the forefoot of the shoe. This promotes a more natural foot posture and encourages better alignment.

It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers, as it can damage the materials and construction. Hand wash using a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary.

The midfoot support cage provides a secure lockdown for your foot, preventing excessive movement and enhancing stability during lateral movements and heavy lifts.

Ensure there is enough room for your toes to splay comfortably without the heel slipping. Try them on with the type of socks you typically wear for training.
