The Satellite pendant light, originally designed by Mathieu MatÃƒÂ©got in 1953, is a lantern-like pendant made using MatÃƒÂ©gotÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s innovative Rigitulle technique. Constructed from a sheet of metal, bent and folded to form an oblong shape, the perforated and pleated shade creates the illusion of soft fabric, elegantly filtering a soft light. The Satellite pendant lightÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s shade and Ã¢â‚¬Ëœtop hatÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ adornment combine to create a bold and elegant luminaire, ideally suspended above your living room, bedroom or dining table.
