Product Information

Full details

This Infinity Leather ABS hard shell suitcase is designed for adult travelers seeking secure and easy-to-navigate luggage, particularly for cabin travel. Its key benefit is the combination of a built-in TSA-compliant lock and an 8-wheel spinner system for enhanced security and effortless movement. A potential caveat for some users is that the suitcases are sold individually, not as a set, requiring careful selection of desired sizes. The suitcase is constructed from durable ABS, offering robust protection against impacts and scratches, and features a smooth spinner system for 360-degree maneuverability.

Troubleshooting

Combination lock is stiff or won't open.

Ensure you are entering the correct code. Try wiggling the dials slightly while attempting to open. If newly set, double-check the code you set. Refer to the lock's manual for resetting instructions if needed.

Wheels are not spinning smoothly.

Check the wheels for any tangled threads, hair, or debris. Clean the wheels and their axles with a damp cloth. If damage is visible, contact customer support.

Hardshell has minor scratches.

Minor scratches on ABS can often be buffed out with a soft cloth and a very small amount of plastic polish. For deeper scratches, consider using a touch-up pen designed for plastics or accepting them as signs of travel.

Zipper is difficult to close or open.

Ensure there are no obstructions caught in the zipper teeth. Gently pull the zipper while easing any fabric away. Lubricating the zipper with a graphite pencil (rubbing the lead on the teeth) or a wax-based product can help.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Integrated TSA-compliant lock offers enhanced security.
  • 8-wheel spinner system provides excellent maneuverability.
  • Durable ABS hardshell protects contents from damage.
  • Meets typical cabin baggage dimensions for most airlines.
  • Lightweight construction aids in managing weight limits.

Cons

  • Sold individually, not as a set.
  • ABS material, while durable, can be prone to scratching over time.
  • Combination lock requires remembering the code.
  • Specific dimensions might vary slightly with different airline policies.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions

Setup:

  1. Combination Lock: The integrated combination lock typically comes with a default setting (often 0-0-0). To set your personal code, consult the manufacturer's specific instructions, which usually involve opening the lock, locating a reset mechanism (often a small button or pinhole), setting your desired three-digit code, and then returning the mechanism to its original position.

Compatibility:

  • Cabin Size: The cabin dimensions (55 x 27 x 22 cm) are designed to comply with the carry-on restrictions of most major airlines. However, it is always recommended to verify the specific carry-on size and weight limits with your airline before travel, as policies can vary.

Care:

  • Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they can damage the ABS material.
  • Storage: Store the suitcase in a cool, dry place. If storing multiple suitcases, consider placing them one inside the other to save space, or use dust covers to prevent scratches.
  • Wheels: Periodically check the spinner wheels for debris. Clean them with a damp cloth if necessary to ensure smooth operation.
