High Loft™ is a type of synthetic insulation designed to trap a significant amount of air, providing excellent warmth and compressibility while remaining effective even when damp.

The parka has a water-resistant exterior, which is suitable for light snow and brief showers. For prolonged exposure to heavy rain, a fully waterproof jacket would be more appropriate.

The reflective elements are built into the fabric and will reflect light sources, such as headlights, when illuminated. They are typically visible when folded down or when the garment is worn. For maximum visibility, ensure the reflective areas are clean.

While the parka provides warmth, it is designed for cold and freezing conditions. In milder temperatures, it might be too warm. Layering with lighter clothing underneath can help adapt to slightly less cold conditions.

Store the parka in a cool, dry place. Avoid compressing it for long periods, as this can affect the loft of the insulation. Hanging is ideal.

Ensure the High Loft™ insulation is not compressed. Check that all zippers and closures are sealed properly to prevent drafts. Wash and tumble dry on low as per care instructions to potentially restore loft.

The water-resistant treatment may wear off over time. Consider using a waterproofing spray specifically designed for synthetic outdoor apparel. Follow care instructions closely to maintain fabric integrity.

Avoid high heat during washing and drying, and do not iron directly on the reflective strips. If damage occurs, the reflective function will be compromised in those areas.
