Full details

This Dutch gag features a Waterford mouthpiece, constructed from multiple links to make it difficult for a horse to grip and pull against. The gag cheeks provide leverage, and it's important to note this can be a severe bit. For 5-inch and smaller sizes, the bit includes shorter cheeks to maintain proportional balance with a smaller horse's head. Mouthpiece thickness is 18mm. Cheek height is 150mm for 4.5" and 5" sizes, and 180mm for 5.5" and 6" sizes.
