Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure safety and longevity, always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant, and non-flammable surface. Before each use, trim the natural fiber wick to approximately 3-5mm to prevent soot buildup and ensure a steady flame. Keep the candle away from drafts, such as open windows or fans, which can cause uneven burning or smoke. When you are finished with your session, use a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame rather than blowing it out, which helps minimize smoke and prevents hot wax splatter. Keep the lid on the jar when the candle is completely cool to keep the wax dust-free and to preserve the strength of the fragrance oils.
