Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Lacing: Ensure laces are threaded through all eyelets. Begin by loosening them completely.
- Wear Socks: Always wear appropriate running socks to prevent blisters and manage moisture.
- Insert Foot: Slide your foot into the shoe, using the heel pull tab to assist.
- Secure Fit: Tighten the laces from the toes upwards, ensuring a snug but not overly tight fit. Double-knot for security during runs.
- Check Comfort: Stand up and walk around. Your toes should have a small space at the front, and your heel should feel secure without slipping.
Compatibility
These shoes are designed for adult females and are suitable for most common running surfaces like roads, pavements, and track. They pair well with standard athletic apparel.
Care Instructions
- Cleaning: Remove loose dirt with a soft brush. For stubborn marks, wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh detergents or machine washing, as this can damage materials and adhesives.
- Drying: Air dry shoes at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight. Stuff with newspaper to absorb moisture and help maintain shape.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
- Longevity: Running shoes typically last 300-500 miles. Monitor wear on the outsole and midsole cushioning. Replace when cushioning feels flat or tread is significantly worn.
