Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the jacket performs optimally, always ensure the powder skirt is snapped and the internal hem cinch-cord is tightened before heading into deep snow. When adjusting the hood, utilize the hidden cord-locks to pull the fabric snug around your helmet, preventing it from blowing off in high winds.
For care, wash the jacket in cool water with a technical outerwear detergent to maintain the breathability of the DryVent membrane. Avoid using fabric softeners, as these can clog the pores of the waterproof shell. Tumble dry on low heat, or follow the garment tag instructions, as heat can often help re-activate the durable water-repellent (DWR) finish on the exterior fabric.
