Setup, Compatibility & Care
To achieve the best fit, pull the webbed lace loops gently to distribute tension evenly across the midfoot before tying. If you experience pressure points, re-thread the laces to loosen the midfoot area while keeping the heel secure. For long-term maintenance, avoid machine washing your trainers, as this can degrade the foam integrity and glue bonds. Instead, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and clean the upper and midsole with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry the shoes away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to preserve the material structure. Ensure you check for wear on the outsole rubber every 300 to 500 miles to determine when it is time to rotate or replace your pair.
