FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for wide feet?
The Nike Flex Runner 4 is designed with a standard athletic fit, though the flexible upper provides some degree of accommodation for different foot shapes.
Can I put these shoes in the dryer?
No, you should never put these trainers in the dryer as the heat can damage the adhesives and flexible materials.
How do I know the correct size for my child?
It is recommended to measure your child's feet in the afternoon when they are at their largest and compare them against the official Nike size chart.
What is the best way to keep the black fabric clean?
Gently wipe the fabric with a damp, lint-free cloth to remove dust and surface dirt regularly.
Are these trainers water-resistant?
While the materials are durable, these shoes are not marketed as waterproof and are best suited for dry weather conditions.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too tight during wear
Ensure socks are not too thick and check if the foot has grown, as children's sizes change frequently.
Visible dirt on the white accents
Use a soft-bristle brush and a mixture of mild detergent and water to gently scrub the affected areas.
Slippage during activity
Verify that the shoe is properly secured and that the size matches the child's foot length to prevent internal sliding.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
These trainers are designed for a standard fit suitable for most children. To ensure the longest life for your Nike Flex Runner 4 shoes, avoid machine washing; instead, spot clean the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. If the shoes become soaked, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can warp the materials. Check the outsoles periodically for debris or small stones caught in the tread to maintain optimal traction.
