Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best experience, break the shoes in with one or two short speed sessions before committing to a race. As a neutral trainer, ensure your gait does not require significant stability support to prevent discomfort over long distances. Maintenance is key for competitive footwear: avoid machine washing or drying, which can degrade the performance foams. Instead, clean the outsole by wiping it with a damp cloth and mild soap. If the shoes get wet, remove the liners and let them air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to prevent the materials from warping or losing their bounce.
