A heel Zoom Air unit allows you to leap and lunge across the court with vigour, while a firm footframe locks your feet in place to keep your slides steady and balanced. Enhancing manoeuvrability oncourt gives you more time to get behind the ball and control rallies to find winners. A heel Zoom Air unit helps keep you supported and springy throughout your match. The forefoot is feathery, flexible and fast, so the moment your foot touches the ground, you can explode and move. The firm midfoot plastic piece seen on past Vapors returns to provide great stability and transitions when cutting from side to side, allowing for the removal of the rubber in the midfoot, which helped reduce the overall weight of the shoe. A firm footframe wraps around the supportive midfoot plate and spans from toe to heel to give you more of a locked down feel, giving you the stability to transfer power during aggressive slides, cuts and pivots. The engineered mesh upper is lightweight while protecting high-wear zones on the toe tip and medial side. The Herringbone traction pattern is made of our new rubber compound that's lighter than Vapors of the past, allowing you to decelerate, plant and back into position without feeling like you're rounding off your cuts. A full midfoot fit band allows you to pull the laces tighter to enhance the fit and enable faster cuts.
