Setup, Compatibility & Care
There is no complex setup required for this jacket; simply wear it as desired. For optimal comfort, adjust the hood shock cord and cuff fasteners to achieve a snug fit that seals out the elements. Its 'printable outer fabric' means it is compatible with screen printing, transfer printing, and vinyl printing techniques, allowing for personalization or corporate branding. Always check with your printing specialist for best practices to maintain fabric integrity.
Care Instructions
- Washing: Machine wash cold (typically 30°C or 86°F) with similar colors. Close all zippers and fasteners before washing. Use a mild detergent; avoid fabric softeners, as they can impair the water repellent finish and breathability.
- Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Avoid high heat as it can damage the fabric membrane. Ensure the jacket is completely dry before storing.
- Ironing: Do not iron. The heat can damage the fabric and its protective membrane.
- Bleaching: Do not bleach.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Ensure the jacket is clean and dry before storing to prevent mildew and maintain its integrity.
- Re-treating DWR: Over time, the ATL (Durable Water Repellent) finish may wear off. If water stops beading on the surface, consider using a DWR re-treatment spray or wash-in product suitable for technical outerwear.
