To activate and maximize the glow-in-the-dark effect, expose the ectoplasm areas to a strong light source, such as direct sunlight or a bright lamp, for at least 5 to 10 minutes.
The battery in the Proton Pack Jibbitz™ charm is typically not designed to be user-replaceable. If the sound feature stops working, check for obstructions first. If it remains unresponsive, contact Crocs customer service for assistance.
The name tags are designed for regular use and swapping. To ensure longevity, handle them gently when inserting or removing. Avoid bending them excessively to prevent damage.
