Troubleshooting
Vacuum suction feels weak
Check the dust cup to ensure it is not full, and inspect the brush roll and wand for any large clogs or debris blockages.

Verify if hair or thread has wrapped around the mechanism. Power off the unit, remove the brush roll, and clear any obstructions.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Getting started with the PowerClean is straightforward: ensure the battery is fully charged before the first use. To charge, remove the battery from the base and connect it to the provided charger; the full cycle completes in under 3 hours. Maintenance is essential for longevity: empty the dust cup after every session to maintain suction. The HEPA filter should be checked regularly for blockages; wipe away debris or rinse gently according to the manual, ensuring it is completely dry before re-installation. Always keep the brush roll clear of large fibers to maintain the tangle-free benefit.
