The DexShell Ultra Thin Crew Socks are designed for commuters, cyclists, and travelers who require reliable waterproof protection without the bulk of traditional thermal socks. Utilizing a signature three-layer construction, these socks provide a breathable barrier against rain and road spray while maintaining a low-profile fit for standard footwear. While they offer excellent versatility for wet-weather activities, they are not designed as heavy-duty insulated socks for extreme sub-zero conditions.

Yes, they feature a Porelle waterproof breathable membrane that prevents liquid water from entering while allowing moisture vapor to escape.
It is strongly recommended to hand wash to protect the membrane, though some gentle machine cycles on cool settings may be acceptable if absolutely necessary.
They provide some wind protection but are not heavily insulated. They are best for spring, autumn, or rainy summer days.
Bamboo-rayon is soft, moisture-wicking, and naturally antibacterial, helping to keep your feet dry and odor-free during active use.
Yes, the ultra-thin profile is designed specifically to fit into standard trainers and cycling shoes without causing tightness.
The waterproof seal is on the fabric itself; if water overflows the top cuff during deep puddles or heavy rain, the socks will take in moisture. Ensure trousers are worn over the cuff to deflect runoff.
While breathable, the membrane can retain some humidity if worn during high-exertion activities. Ensure you are not wearing non-breathable shoes over the socks which may trap perspiration.
To ensure the longevity of the waterproof membrane, always follow these care guidelines. Hand wash your DexShell socks in cool water at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean these items, as heat can degrade the internal waterproof lining. Simply hang them to air dry in a well-ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight or high-heat radiators. Ensure they are completely dry before the next use to maintain comfort and hygiene.
