No, the lamp has an IP44 rating, which means it is splash-proof but not waterproof. It should only be used in sheltered outdoor areas.
The lamp includes a USB-C to A charging cable, but a wall adapter (power brick) is not included.
No, the lamp is fixed at a warm 2700K color temperature.
Charging time can vary, but generally, it takes a few hours depending on the output of the USB power adapter being used.
The lamp uses a standard USB-C connection, so you can replace the cable with any compatible USB-C to A cord.
The mechanical switch acts as a master disconnect to prevent battery depletion during long periods of storage or non-use.
Check that the mechanical switch at the base is toggled to the 'on' position and ensure the charging cable is securely seated.
Ensure you are using a standard USB power source that meets the current requirements and verify the cable is not damaged.
The battery is replaceable. If the runtime has significantly degraded over time, consider purchasing a replacement 1,500 mAh battery.
To begin using the lamp, fully charge the internal battery using the provided USB-C to A cable. Note that the lamp can function while connected to power, which is ideal for stationary desk use. For outdoor use, ensure the lamp is placed in a sheltered spot, such as under an awning or umbrella, to maintain the integrity of the IP44 casing. When storing the lamp for an extended duration, ensure the physical mechanical switch is set to the 'off' position to prevent the battery from deep-discharging, which can reduce its total lifespan. Keep the charging port free of debris and clean the lamp body with a soft, slightly damp cloth to maintain its finish.
