The Trespass Vailsom Waterproof Jacket is designed for adult women who need reliable weather protection for outdoor adventures or daily commutes without the bulk of heavy traditional outerwear. Featuring a robust polyester shell with a TPU membrane and a warm quilted lining, it keeps the wearer dry and comfortable in wet conditions. While it offers excellent versatility, users should note that the quilted insulation makes it better suited for cooler climates rather than mid-summer heat.

Yes, but it should be washed on a gentle cycle with minimal, mild detergent.
No, the Vailsom features a grown-on hood for better weather protection.
The quilted lining provides warmth, but for extreme sub-zero temperatures, it is best used as part of a layered clothing system.
Yes, the internal waist adjusters allow you to pull the jacket in for a more tailored, fitted look.
The pockets are tricot-lined for warmth, but they are not strictly waterproof; store electronics in the internal pocket for better protection.
The DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish may have worn off. Apply a technical re-proofing treatment to restore the water-beading properties.
This is often due to condensation buildup. Ensure you are not over-layering with non-breathable clothing, allowing the jacket's membrane to function correctly.
To ensure the longevity of your jacket, always follow the care label instructions provided by Trespass. Because the outer shell uses a technical TPU membrane, it is recommended to wash on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent—avoid fabric softeners, as these can degrade the waterproof coating. If the water repellency diminishes over time, consider using a technical re-proofing spray designed for polyester shells. Ensure all cords are fully loosened before storing to prevent tension stress on the fabric adjustments.
