- Voice Services: Amazon Alexa.
- Music Services: Amazon Music, Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora, Deezer, SiriusXM, and more.
- Smart Home Standards: Built-in Zigbee smart home hub for direct connection to compatible Zigbee devices (e.g., Philips Hue bulbs without a Hue Bridge). Also compatible with thousands of smart devices that work with Alexa through skills (e.g., Ring, Nest, TP-Link, Samsung SmartThings).

Care
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the exterior fabric with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For minor stains, lightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or sprays directly on the device.
- Placement: Position your Echo on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive moisture. Ensure there is enough space around the device for optimal sound projection and microphone performance.
- Ventilation: Do not block the ventilation ports at the bottom of the device to prevent overheating.
- Dust: Regularly dust the device, especially around the speaker grilles and microphone array, to maintain audio clarity and microphone sensitivity.
