FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for sports?
These are designed as casual trainers. While they are great for everyday play and light activity, they are not intended for competitive sports.
Are the trainers unisex?
Yes, the Ch64 series features a design and color selection intended to be suitable for all children.
How should I choose the right size?
We recommend measuring the child's feet while they are wearing socks and matching the length to the UK child foot size standard.
Can I put these in the washing machine?
It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers, as it can damage the construction; spot cleaning with a damp cloth is the best approach.
What colors are available?
The Ch64 series comes in various colorways including Black, Pink, Purple, and Blue combinations.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feeling too tight
Ensure that the laces or fastening systems are fully loosened before putting them on; if the issue persists, the child may have outgrown the size.
Visible surface dirt
Clean the outer material gently with a soft brush or a damp, non-abrasive cloth.
Soles losing traction
Check the tread for debris or mud buildup; clearing the soles with a soft brush often restores grip.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
These trainers require no special setup; simply ensure the correct UK child foot size is selected to guarantee an optimal fit. To care for the Ch64 series, avoid submerging them in water or using harsh chemicals, which can compromise the structural integrity of the materials. Instead, wipe away surface dirt with a soft, damp cloth and let them air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which may warp the materials over time.
