The ON Cloudzone trainers are designed for all-day comfort and casual wear. While they offer good cushioning and support for daily activities, they are not specifically engineered for high-performance running.

To clean, use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior. Avoid using harsh chemicals or machine washing, as this can damage the materials and construction. Allow them to air dry naturally.

The CloudTec® midsole is a signature ON technology that consists of individual 'clouds' on the outsole. These elements compress upon impact to cushion your landing and expand afterwards to provide a responsive rebound, enhancing overall comfort.

The trainers feature a durable rubber outsole for traction, but they are not waterproof. For very wet conditions, it is recommended to use water-repellent sprays or opt for footwear specifically designed for wet weather.

The Speedboard® is a plate embedded within the midsole. It works in conjunction with the CloudTec® elements to provide a stable platform, facilitate a smooth rolling motion from heel to toe, and return energy for a more dynamic stride.

It is recommended to try on the trainers if possible, as fit can vary between individuals. Refer to the size chart and consider your usual shoe size. The lace-up closure allows for some adjustment to achieve a personalized fit.

Loosen the laces and re-adjust them to better suit your foot shape. Ensure you are wearing appropriate socks. If discomfort persists, consider if this is the correct size for your foot.

This can sometimes occur with new shoes. Try wearing them for a few more days to allow them to break in. If the noise persists, check for any debris trapped in the outsole treads.

Inspect the outsole for wear and tear. Clean the tread pattern to remove any mud, dirt, or debris that might be obstructing the grip.
