Troubleshooting

Earbuds not connecting via Bluetooth.

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Place earbuds in the charging case, close the lid for a few seconds, then reopen to re-enter pairing mode. Try forgetting the device in your Bluetooth settings and re-pairing.

Audio is distorted or weak.

Check the earpiece for any obstructions. Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Verify the Bluetooth connection is stable and try moving closer to your paired device.

Charging case not charging.

Ensure the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to both the case and a power source. Try a different USB Type-C cable or power adapter.

One earbud not working.

Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. Wait for 30 seconds, then reopen. If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds by following the manufacturer's instructions for a factory reset.
