Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your jammers provide maximum longevity, follow these care guidelines:
- Rinsing: Always rinse your jammers in fresh, cold water immediately after every swim to remove chlorine or salt buildup.
- Drying: Air dry in a shaded area away from direct sunlight, which can prematurely break down the elastic fibers.
- Washing: Avoid using heavy detergents or fabric softeners. If necessary, use a gentle soap made specifically for swimwear.
- Storage: Do not leave your wet jammers inside a gear bag or rolled in a towel for extended periods, as this promotes mold growth and fiber degradation.
- Sizing: These are designed with a performance fit; if you are between sizes or prefer a less restrictive feel, consider your typical training intensity when selecting your waist size.
