Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure optimal longevity, reserve these trainers for high-intensity workouts and race days. Since the midsole material is optimized for weight and speed, it is susceptible to faster wear if used on abrasive terrains or non-road surfaces.
- Break-in: Take 1-2 shorter, faster runs to allow the carbon plate to adapt to your foot strike before racing in them.
- Cleaning: Clean your shoes by gently wiping the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid submerging in water or using a washing machine, as high heat and mechanical agitation can degrade the foam and adhesive.
- Drying: Air dry away from direct heat sources, such as radiators or direct sunlight, to preserve the structural integrity of the midsole.
