FAQs

Can I use the Larq bottle with flavored drinks or juice?

No, it is recommended to use only water. Flavored liquids can leave residue that interferes with the UVC light's effectiveness.

How long does a full charge last?

A single charge typically lasts up to 3 weeks based on normal usage of 3-4 cleaning cycles per day.

Is the bottle dishwasher safe?

The cap contains the electronic components and should never be put in the dishwasher. The stainless steel bottle body is hand-wash only.

Does it remove chemicals like chlorine?

No, the PureVis technology is designed to eliminate bio-contaminants like bacteria, not chemical pollutants or heavy metals.

Is the bottle insulated?

Yes, it is made with double-wall vacuum insulation to keep your water cold for up to 24 hours.

What does the light indicator color mean?

A pulsing blue light typically indicates the cleaning cycle is active, while a red light usually signals that the battery is low.

Troubleshooting

Bottle is not self-cleaning automatically

Ensure the cap is fully tightened and the battery has sufficient charge.

Cannot pair with the mobile app

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and restart the bottle by holding the button on the cap for 10 seconds.

UVC light does not turn on

Verify the charging cable is connected properly and the port is free of debris.
