It is recommended to hand wash or follow the specific care label instructions inside the garment to preserve the waterproof membrane.
The product description focuses on the protective membrane and overall design, but standard waterproof jackets of this type usually feature fixed or stowaway hoods.
While it provides warmth and weather protection, it is primarily designed for general outdoor leisure rather than high-intensity snow sports.
This model is an XL (UK Size 18). Refer to the Trespass size chart for specific bust and waist measurements to ensure a comfortable fit for layering.
Yes, the inclusion of a back hem vent and the nature of the membrane allows for moisture vapor transmission during light exercise.
The Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating may need to be refreshed. Use a garment re-proofer spray designed for technical waterproof jackets.
Ensure no fabric is caught in the track, then apply a small amount of dry lubricant or graphite to the zipper teeth.
Because this is a technical outdoor garment, proper maintenance is essential to keep the membrane functioning correctly. Avoid using heavy detergents or fabric softeners, as these can strip the waterproof coating from the polyester fabric. If the jacket becomes dirty, wipe down with a damp cloth or hand wash in cold water using a technical gear cleaner. Ensure the jacket is fully air-dried away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which could damage the protective membrane.
