While the materials can handle getting wet, they are not designed as water shoes for prolonged submersion. They are best suited for dry or damp conditions and should be dried properly if they get wet.

The Midform series typically features a platform height that offers a moderate lift without being overly high, designed for comfort and everyday wear.

The sandals are sized in UK adult women's shoe sizes. It is recommended to consult a size chart or try them on if possible, as fit can vary.

Replacement parts are typically not available for individual components like the bungee strap. If the strap is damaged, it may require sandal replacement.

The Teva Midform Infinity Sandal uses REPREVE® polyester straps, which are derived from recycled plastic. As long as no animal-derived materials are used in the sole or other components, they can be considered vegan.

They are best for casual wear, walking on flat surfaces, light travel, and everyday activities where comfort and style are key. They are not designed for hiking or strenuous athletic activities.

Adjust the ankle bungee strap. Loosen it for more room or tighten it for a more secure fit. Ensure the strap is positioned comfortably across your ankle.

The REPREVE® polyester straps may require a short break-in period. Wear them for short durations initially, and they should become more flexible with use.

Use a soft brush or damp cloth with mild soap to gently clean the footbed. Avoid soaking the entire sandal.

This can sometimes happen with new sandals. Try applying a small amount of talcum powder or a silicone-based lubricant to the parts that seem to be rubbing together, such as where the straps meet the sole.
