It is recommended to replace both the brush roll and the filter every 3 months for peak cleaning efficiency.
No, this kit is specifically designed for the CrossWave OmniForce and OmniFind models (3912N, 4006, 4007, and 4008).
While some filters can be rinsed, it is essential to replace them every 3 months to prevent the buildup of bacteria and maintain performance.
No tools are required. The parts are designed for quick and easy hand installation.
This kit focuses on the brush roll and filter. Please check your product packaging to confirm exact contents.
A musty smell usually indicates that the filter is dirty or that a wet brush roll has not been dried properly. Replace the filter and ensure the brush roll is dry.
Check if the filter is saturated or clogged and replace it with a new one from the kit.
Ensure the brush roll is correctly seated and the window cover is snapped firmly into place.
The brush roll may be worn out; replace it to ensure even application of cleaning solution.
This kit is compatible with the following BISSELL CrossWave models: 3912N, 4006, 4007, and 4008. Always check your unit's model number on the base or the label behind the clean water tank to ensure a perfect fit.
