Setup
Your Kingston Classic Beanbag arrives ready to use. Simply unpack it from its packaging. No assembly or special tools are required.
- Unpack: Carefully remove the beanbag from its shipping box or protective wrapping.
- Position: Place the beanbag in your desired location. It's ready to provide instant comfort.
Compatibility
The Kingston Classic Beanbag is designed for indoor use. Its soft corduroy fabric is best suited for environments free from direct sunlight, moisture, or harsh outdoor elements. It complements a wide range of interior styles, from modern minimalist to cozy traditional, adding a pop of color and comfort.
Care & Maintenance
Proper care will help maintain the look and longevity of your beanbag.
- Spot Cleaning: For minor spills or marks, gently spot clean the corduroy fabric using a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Blot the affected area; do not rub vigorously, as this can damage the fabric fibers. Allow to air dry completely.
- Regular Fluffing: To maintain its shape and loft, periodically 'fluff' and reshape your beanbag. This redistributes the filling and prevents flattening.
- Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep sharp objects away from the beanbag to prevent punctures or tears in the fabric.
- Indoor Use Only: Do not use the beanbag outdoors, as exposure to weather can damage the fabric and filling.
- Protect from Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause the color to fade over time. Position the beanbag away from sunny windows if possible.
- Refilling: Over many years, the lightweight filling may compress. If your beanbag feels less plump, it may be possible to refill it through the double-zipped opening. > Info needed: [specific refill instructions or where to purchase compatible filling]
