Setup, Compatibility & Care
Because the Vaporfly 3 uses a high-performance, lightweight foam, care should be taken to keep them in good condition. Always ensure your laces are tightened securely to lock in the midfoot, as the upper is designed for a lightweight, racing-oriented fit. After running in wet conditions, remove the sockliner and stuff the shoes with paper to draw out moisture. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or extreme heat, as this can degrade the foam properties. Store in a cool, dry place to ensure the materials remain resilient for your next race.
