Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your trainers last, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Fit Check: Ensure there is about a half-inch of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe to allow for foot swelling during activity.
- Cleaning: After muddy runs, allow the mud to dry, then brush it off with a soft-bristled brush. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents.
- Drying: Air dry the shoes in a cool, shaded area. Never put them in a dryer, as high heat can break down the adhesives and damage the cushioning foam.
- Storage: Store in a well-ventilated space away from direct sunlight to prevent UV damage to the materials.
