The HELLO KLEAN Shower Head Plus is designed for skincare and haircare enthusiasts who want to optimize their daily hygiene through advanced water filtration and real-time monitoring. By integrating a 3-stage filter with HydroTrack technology, this shower head removes impurities like limescale and heavy metals to promote softer skin and healthier hair. While the device offers intelligent insights into water usage and filter health, users should be aware that the advanced filtration components require periodic replacement to maintain peak performance.

It is designed to fit most standard 1/2-inch shower arms commonly found in modern homes.
No, the device is entirely hydro-powered and generates its own energy from the water flowing through it.
The SmartRefill light will indicate when the filter media has reached its saturation point.
Yes, the companion app is free to download and does not require a subscription to access basic usage data.
By filtering out harsh minerals and metals, many users find that their water is less irritating, which can contribute to a healthier scalp environment.
Ensure the water flow rate is sufficient to power the internal turbine; if pressure is too low, the energy generation may be inconsistent.
Check the filter cartridge for clogging or debris and ensure the shower head is screwed on firmly to prevent pressure leaks.
Restart your phone's Bluetooth settings and ensure the shower head is within close proximity during the initial pairing process.
Installation of the shower head is designed to be straightforward for most standard shower arms. Ensure you use the provided sealing tape on the threaded connection to prevent leaks. The unit is fully waterproof, but the filter housing must be screwed on tightly to ensure water flows through the filtration media rather than bypassing it.
