Compatibility
- Niche Dimensions: Crucial for integrated installation. The required niche size is `177.5 cm (H) x 56 cm (W) x 55 cm (D)`. Deviations can prevent proper fitting.
- Climate Class: Rated SN-ST, meaning it's designed to operate efficiently in ambient temperatures ranging from `10°C to 38°C`.
Care & Maintenance
Regular care ensures optimal performance and longevity:
- Cleaning the Interior: Regularly wipe down the interior with a soft cloth dampened with a mild detergent solution. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Remove and clean shelves, door trays, and the FreshSafe drawer separately.
- Defrosting the Freezer: Thanks to LowFrost, defrosting is needed less frequently. When ice thickness reaches about 3-5mm, it's time to defrost. Follow these steps:
- Switch off the appliance at the mains.
- Remove all food, placing it in a cool box.
- Leave the freezer door open and place towels at the base to absorb melting water.
- Once defrosted, clean the interior and dry thoroughly before switching back on.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. For stainless steel, use specialized cleaner if applicable to prevent smudges.
- Door Seals: Regularly check door seals for damage and ensure they are clean. A tight seal is crucial for energy efficiency and maintaining internal temperatures.
- Condenser Coils: For optimal efficiency, periodically clean the condenser coils (located at the back of the unit) using a soft brush or vacuum cleaner. Refer to your manual for exact location and procedure.
