This T hinge has a ‘penny shaped’ round end. T hinges are an alternative to butt hinges and are usually used in conjunction with a Suffolk latch on traditional plank doors. They can also be used on cupboard doors or kitchen cabinets. Sold with matching wood screws. Supplied as a pair. Features: Designed to match our Bean thumblatches and D handles. A pair and a half (three hinges) can be fitted to provide extra strength for heavier doors. Our Blacksmith T hinges are hammered into shape from mild steel using a traditional anvil and fire manufacturing method. Our Pewter Patina products are forged from a durable base of steel and boast a rich, luxurious appearance. Our manufacturing techniques create contrasting textures on the surface of the metal to create a rich appearance with an abundance of charm.
